Are you frustrated with patient compliance?

Are you frustrated with patient compliance?

Dry eye is a serious problem that is expanding and growing rapidly for a variety of reasons - but primarily because of screen use (mobile phones and Zoom calls). Since 2000, incidence has grown from 3 million to 40 million.

And, no one trained the sufferers in eyelid hygiene.

Insert Peeq Pro. We collaborate with your practice to create a customized protocol that aligns seamlessly with your preferred treatment approach. Our goal is to enhance patient care and compliance through personalized solutions.

We create a branded box and let you pick the contents. We add coaching and follow-up alongside your patient's diagnosis and office visits.

Here’s how it works:

We create a branded box you pick the contents.

Step 1
You send us your logo. If you do this, we know you are serious about working with us. We use this to build your designed box choices. You pick the design you like.

Step 2
We do a phone conversation to walk through your desired contents. For example, here are the popular contents included in a Dry Eye Box:

1. Dry Eye Drops
2. Warm Compress

We recommend Peeq Pro's Silica Mask unless you want advanced masking (such as the Tranquileyes XL - which we would recommend as an upsell rather than standard product).

3. Cleanser
The clinical data suggests that you need to choose something with tea tree oil, okra oil, or hypochlorous acid. We sell a range of products and put them in our boxes.

For example, our false eyelash box uses hypochlorous gel as it is easy to brush onto falsies with a spoolie. This particular version can be purchased from either Optase or Pure&Clean.

For a cleanser with tea tree oil you can choose from Peeq Pro's Foaming Cleanser (also available for Sensitive Skin) or Zocufoam. There are also other options we can source for your box.

Compliance is a team effort.

Step 3
We work and train your office on how to implement your protocol and the boxes. This is important because many offices fail at compliance because they rely on staff to sell boxes rather than doctors to dispense them.

Compliance is a team effort so we work with your office to get names and contact information so that we can act as your dry eye compliance coaches. This coaching involves educational email, texts, and phone conversations. The most successful compliance question is not - “do you need more?”, instead it is: “Do you know how to use each of the products in your box?” This conversation usually kicks off a range of responses that include where and when eyelid hygiene is taking place (or usually not taking place) and that they don’t know how to use a common product like eye drops or sponges.

Step 4
Because compliance rates go way up using Peeq, your customers continue to buy your desired products. They do this through a subscription with Peeq on our website. We keep them inside of your protocol, and we ensure that as you update or change it, we update and change with your patients.

In short, Peeq is more than a device or cleanser. We work with your office to dramatically improve compliance.
