How do I design a box?
Simply provide us your logo and we'll do the rest! You can send that to info@getpeeq.com OR fill out this form and we can get started right away!
How do I know which products will go in my box?
You can choose! We can provide recommendations based on your price point and formula preferences but you can customize the box for your treatment preferences and patients.
How do my patients get their box?
Our practices see the best success handing boxes to patients during their initial appointment. We will provide a QR code so patients can easily reorder the right products you recommend for ongoing orders. We take care of shipping the products directly to the patients.
How do I order more boxes?
We will set you up an online account with wholesale pricing so you can reorder any time. You can also call or email us with questions, changes or reorder preferences.
Do you provide training?
Peeq Pro has experienced team members who can provide training to your internal team so they understand the products and how to provide instructions to patients so they can have the best experience for their treatment. Our goal is to increase patient compliance!
How long does it take get my boxes?
The whole process takes less than 4 weeks from the time we get your logo. Our team will turn around a few box designs for you to select. It takes about 2-3 weeks to receive the custom boxes. In that time, you can pick your products and complete the training with your team. We will then ship the completed boxes with products to your office so you can start selling them to patients.
