How to Use:
Warm Compress:
Place the mask in a microwave on a paper towel.
Heat on high for 20 seconds. Always test temperature with fingertips before applying.
For additional warmth, reheat in 5-second intervals (do not exceed 30 seconds total).
Apply over closed eyes for 5–7 minutes or as directed. Secure with adjustable strap.
Cool Compress:
Place the mask in a sealable plastic bag and freeze for 30 minutes.
Remove from the bag and apply over closed eyes for 5–7 minutes or as directed.
Secure comfortably with the adjustable strap.
Cleaning Instructions:
Mask Cover: Machine washable.
